  • Textbooks, folders and printed materials are included in the tuition fee.
  • The above fees are paid through bank transfer once we have confirmed receipt of the Certificate of Eligibility from the Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau.
  • Once fees have been paid, they cannot be refunded.

When the 11th month of study arrives, all students will be given an invoice for remaining tuition fees.
Once this has been paid, we can then ensure to process a visa renewal (for students studying 1 year 6 months or more).

  • Remaining course fees are paid before the end of the first year, usually on the 11th month of study.

In addition to full courses, we also offer short courses for those who are either already in Japan or visiting temporarily.
Courses start from one month and we only require a copy of the applicant's resident card or passport and visa stamp before taking payment for the course chosen.

  • Students applying for a short course must apply for their own visa if required. No supporting documents (Invitation letter, ERFS etc.) can be provided.
  • Once fees have been paid, they cannot be refunded.

Required Documents / ​Admission

From the applicant

  1. Application Form (printed & signed)
  2. Graduation Certificate (from final education)
  3. Transcript of Records (from final education)
  4. Passport photos (3.5cm x 4.5cm)
  5. Copy of Passport (including pages showing any visits to Japan and/or Japanese visas)
  6. Photographic ID (if applicant does not have a passport)
  7. Certificate of Enrolment (if applicant is a student)
  8. Japanese Learning Certificate (from language school or test certificates such as JLPT or NAT-TEST)
  9. Certificate of Employment (if applicant is full-time employee)
  10. Other Qualification Certificates (if requested by us)
  11. Proof of relationship to financial supporter (Birth Certificate / Family Register etc.)

Entry Procedure

Initial Document Screening
Our staff will check all documents to ensure the information is consistent and meets the Tokyo Immigration Bureau's criteria for acceptance. Once complete we ask for you to post all original documents.
Submission to Tokyo Immigration Bureau
Once all checks have been complete, we will then submit all original documents to the Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau for inspection and certification.
Note: Copies cannot be accepted.
Final Application at Local Japanese Embassy
Once you have received all documents we have sent you, you are ready to visit your local Embassy of Japan and submit all documents to collect your student visa.
Prepare for Departure to Japan
With your student visa in hand, you are ready to come to Japan and begin your studies with us as a full-time student.

Visa Renewals

Current students who meet the following criteria can renew their visas.

Visa Renewal Criteria
  1. Class attendance rate must be 90% or higher.
  2. The tuition fee must be paid for at least 6 months in advance.
  3. Have not taken the same level class more than 3 times.
    (For example, student was not able to advance to the next level class by the time the visa is due to be renewed)

Required Documents / ​Visa Renewals

Students who meet the visa renewal criteria should prepare the required documents and submit them to the office. If the submitted documents are incomplete or the application form is omitted, you will not be able to renew your visa.

  1. Original residence card
    (Those with a description of the current address)
  2. Original passport
  3. Part-time job information
    (Company name, location, telephone number, hourly wage, working hours per week, company industry and work content)
  4. Japanese bank passbook
    (The most recent transaction has been booked, and monthly salary transfer and (if applicable) remittance record from the expense supporter are recorded.)
  5. Overseas remittance certificate
    (A passbook that shows that you made a deposit within one week of the remittance record or receipt from Western Union. The amount must be 350,000 yen or more.)

Fees / ​Visa Renewals

The visa renewal application fee is 4,500 yen. (The revenue stamp fee for the application is 4,000 yen, and the administrative fee is 500 yen.)

Please fill in the required items on the "Request for Issuance of Various Certificates" distributed at the office, check the "Visa Renewal" column, and submit it to the staff together with the application fee (4,500 yen).
